Did you know that...?
The word Brunch was used for the first time, as it appears on Wikipedia, in an article in the British satirical magazine Punch or the London Charivari in 1895. The article, written by Guy Beringer, described the Brunch as a Sunday meal for Saturday-night carousers. The satirical text ends with a 'Beer and whiskey are admitted as substitutes for tea and coffee', of course.
Brunch of bagels
The brunch that we prepare at Barcelona Bagels is based on several halves of bagels on which we put some of our most successful combinations, we can add eggs to your liking, hot drinks, cold and desserts, so that you begin the day full of energy.
